I tried to enable the Special Events in my options, but I can't enable it. How can I see the special events?

what thing do you play it on? i have the computer and if i were you, i would maybe check out the options available. also, what are special events? i dont have them on the computer by that name. do you mean eationg and drinking or babies being born and ppl getting older?
You probably don't want to hear this but will need to get a better video card.
